The structure of the tube distributor is as follows:

The arrangement pipe (pressure type and gravity type) has uniform liquid distribution, simple structure, easy to support, small space in the tower, large air flow channel, small operation flexibility, limited in the range of 2:1, too large flow, increased pressure drop of liquid perforation, resulting in the generation of mist and splash, too small will make some distribution points dry. The gravity type can be up to 4:1. It can be used not only for direct distribution, but also for pre distribution of other types of distributors. The diameter distribution of tower is limited, so it is widely used at present.

Features of tubular distributor:

1. Excellent liquid distribution performance, suitable for more spray points and lower liquid load;

2. There should be no solid particles in the material, and a filter screen should be set at the feed inlet of the riser;

3. The operation flexibility of tubular liquid distributor is good;

4. In the case of high operation flexibility, double row tube liquid distributor can be used;

5. Suitable for large, medium and small towers.
