Woven screen
Stainless steel screen weaving methods: plain weave, twill weave, dense weave, mat net twill weave, double wire Dutch weave, five heald weave.
1. Plain weave: each warp is crossed up and down on each weft, the diameter and weft are of the same thickness, and the warp and weft form a 90 degree angle.
2. Twill knitting: it is a knitting mode in which each warp crosses each two weft yarns and each weft crosses each two diameter yarns.
3. Dense weave: the diameter of warp and weft is different, and the mesh number is also different. The point is that the warp is sparse, the weft is dense, and the warp is thick and the weft is thin. The direction of length is warp and the direction of width is weft. Dense mesh is divided into plain weave and twill weave.
4. Mat net twill knitting: the knitting mode in which each diameter yarn crosses each two weft yarns, and each weft yarn crosses each two weft yarns.
5. Double thread Dutch knitting: this kind of knitting is very similar to twill Dutch knitting. There are two weft threads, which can be closely overlapped with the warp. This kind of silk cloth is mostly used for micron filtration.
6. Five heald knitting: this kind of knitting warp and weft is not made of single yarn, but of several separate yarns. This weave is based on twill weave to provide stronger stainless steel wire cloth.
